Sports activity instructor and founder of La Tribu dojo. My travels have led me to explore several martial arts. I enjoy helping others discover them, sharing knowledge with respect for partners, and helping everyone find a discipline and style that suits them.

The martial arts listed reflect this person’s stated experience. They do not necessarily teach every discipline listed.
I am a sports activity instructor, a multidisciplinary martial arts practitioner and the founder of La Tribu dojo.
My approach to martial arts has developed through travel, encounters and the different disciplines I have had the opportunity to discover and practise.
I do not present myself as a master of any discipline or the holder of a definitive method. Exploring several practices without restricting myself to one led me to a conviction: no single martial art, style or way of training suits everyone.
In my sessions, I enjoy introducing principles, movements, training methods and approaches from different disciplines. Respect for training partners is central: learning together, testing progressively, understanding what works for oneself and recognising the limits of each practice.
My aim is not to keep participants training with me. I hope an introduction will help them identify what suits them and continue with specialists in the discipline they choose.
Self-defence is one part of this work, but not the only one. I also use games, partner opposition, groundwork, movement, observation, posture, decision-making, adaptation and physical conditioning to help participants experience different ways of practising.
Through La Tribu dojo, I want to extend this approach: meet teachers, practitioners and specialists, understand what they pass on and build bridges between disciplines without declaring one the best.
