Group self-defence sessions for women based on play, observation, anticipation, movement and respect for training partners. A progressive, multidisciplinary approach that builds confidence, adaptability and the ability to act.

This activity takes a gradual, multidisciplinary approach to self-defence, with respect for partners and safety at its core.
Sessions do not teach one method as the only answer or present one discipline as superior. They use exercises, principles and scenarios from different martial arts so each participant can experiment, understand her responses and discover what works for her.
Training may focus on awareness, distance, posture, movement, anticipation, decision-making, stress management and avoiding a freeze response in an unexpected situation.
Play, partner work, progressive scenarios and adapting exercises to each participant are all important parts of the sessions.
The aim is not to train fighters or pursue performance, but to share practical tools, build confidence and, for those who want to explore a particular discipline further, point them towards specialist instructors.
You can request a place in a scheduled session. Groups, clubs or organisations can also request a specific date. The date will be confirmed subject to availability and the conditions of the activity.
