A multidisciplinary martial arts session combining standing work, controlled strikes, throws and ground work. Progressive contact practice based on control, adaptability and respect for training partners.

This session explores different aspects of combat through a multidisciplinary practice, both standing and on the ground.
Depending on the session, training may include footwork, punches and kicks, grips, off-balancing, throws, ground control, holds and submission techniques.
Disciplines are not treated as separate blocks, but as tools for understanding distance, transitions and the situations that can arise during an exchange.
Contact is part of the practice, always with control. The guiding principle is simple: look after your training partner. Without a partner to work with, test ideas and progress, learning is not possible.
A strike may reach its target, a throw may be completed, and a control or submission technique may be applied. Everyone must remain in control, pay attention to their partner's reactions and release immediately when needed.
The aim is not to dominate or injure, but to train with intensity while developing control, precision, adaptability and responsibility.
No previous martial arts experience is required. Fitness develops gradually through practice. Participants must follow safety instructions, control the intensity of their movements and remain attentive to their partners throughout the session.
